The Transaction page will list all of the recent activity in the league including trades, waiver wire claims, owner dismissals, new owners, etc. This page is normally updated each night. In the NFL Owner's Room of the CSL Forums is a Transaction Thread which provides an up to the minute status of league activity. By subscribing to the thread, owners can have emails sent to their account any time the thread is updated. This is an ideal method of being kept informed of what is going on in the league or if you are hoping to pick up a specific team off waivers.

Trades

For those owners interested in performing a trade, both owners need to agree to a given deal & it must not violate any of the league rules. Once both owners come to an agreement, both owners need to submit a Transaction Form corresponding to the trade. The Transaction Form can be found on the bottom of the Transactions page for your given league & in the MISCELLANEOUS section of the navigation menu to the left.

Once the Commissioner has received trade requests from both owners & has deemed that the trade is within the parameters of league rules, the trade will be approved. Depending on when the trade request is made, the trade will either be approved for the given week or for the following week.

Waivers

When an owner is dismissed or resigns from the league, his team will immediately be placed on waivers. Any current league owner can claim a team off waivers by submitting a Transaction Form. The Transaction Form can be found on the bottom of the Transactions page for your given league. Claims off the waiver wire are made on a first come, first serve basis.

Upon receipt of a claim off the waiver wire, the Commissioner will determine whether or not the proposed claim violates any of the league rules. This only comes into play in the Keeper League. If everything is in order, the claim will be approved. Depending on when the claim is made, the claim will either be approved for the given week or for the following week.
