At the start of each Tour week, a thread will be posted in the
Scheduling Golf Matches Forum. Golfers are asked to "sign up" for one of the following scheduled tee times by midnight (CST) Monday:
Tuesday at 8 pm CST
Tuesday at 9:30 pm CST
Saturday at 8 pm CST
Saturday at 9:30 pm CST
Once all golfers have signed in for tee times, hosts will be designated for the various tee times. Host names & passwords will be designated in the Scheduling Golf Match Forum. Hosts will open tournaments in Room #3 according to the Game Settings for the tour. Hosts will open their tournament 5 minutes prior to the start time & will allow the full 300 seconds (10 minutes) to expire before starting the tournament. As such, the actual start time for each tournament will be 5 minutes after the tee times listed above.
Hosts will be responsible for recording & posting tournament results for all golfers participating at your tee time in the appropriate thread in the Scheduling Golf Match Forum. All golfers are asked to record their own personal scores to check for accuracy.
