Newest Addition to the CSL Staff

The Cyber Sports League would like to welcome its newest addition to the CSL Staff...Sam Forte' III. Sam has proven to be an active owner in several of the CSL leagues over the course of several seasons. Sam has been officially named as the CSL MLB Commissioner. The CSL MLB2K5 league has just started Season 4 this week.

New Leagues Forming

This week the CSL officially kicked off both its NBA & NHL preseasons. Both leagues plan to start regular season play by the end of the month. In addition, the CSL is attempting to ressurect its baseball league by using MLB 2K5. The league is still forming & interested owners are encouraged to join up over the next few weeks. The CSL is also working to create an online golf league as well. The title of choice for the CSL will be Hot Shots Golf Fore. Interested golfers should join the CSL Golf forums for additional information.

Back From Hiatus

Greetings & Salutations from your friendly neighborhood CSL Commissioner. As most of the regulars here in the CSL already know...this past year has been a year of transition for me as I have endured a divorce from a marriage that lasted almost 8 years & a relationship that spanned across almost 10 years. The CSL was able to endure my temporary leave of absense due to the hard working members on the CSL Staff as well as the many quality owners in our ranks. I want to thank all of you for hanging tight & keeping our league going strong in my absense.

Now that my life has settled down a little more I will be able to dedicate a little more time towards our league & getting our website back up to date. As time permits...the CSL Staff & myself will be going through the website to make sure that the information contained on our pages are up to date. If anyone sees specific changes that still need to be made...please do not hesitate to contact myself or one of our CSL Staff members directly.

With the release of NBA 2K6 & NHL 2K6 this week...owners should look for both of these leagues to kick off within the next few weeks. No dates have been set for the start of the season as owners will be given time to acquire the games & it will give us time to work on updating the rules for the upcoming season. Forum Profiles

CSL Owners need to keep your email addresses & other contact information up to date in your Forums Profile. This is the primary means that the league commissioners have with contacting the entire league. If you fail to keep your information up to date, you will end up missing any emails sent out to the entire league. You can update your Profile in the forums by clicking on the Profile link at the top right corner of the forums. From here on out if an email address bounces, I will be shutting down your forum account until you get the problem fixed.
